Stretta Therapy for GERD was recently featured in the newly published first edition of The SAGES Manual on Fundamental Use of Surgical Energy (FUSE). Stretta is included in the chapter on Electrosurgical Energy in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, with other devices commonly used in the GI tract. The chapter outlines practical recommendations for use of these devices and was written by Dr. Brian Dunkin and Dr. Calvin Lyons.
